We would like to underline that the most important asset of our company is: "OUR STAFF". With the devoted and joint effort of more than 200 employees, we have been able to build up an efficient organization. In order to comply with our obligations towards our customers, our personnel is being continuously trained, locally and abroad. The training abroad is made by our principals, who also mantain us upto date with the most recent developments. A very important subject within our firms is SAFETY, which we spell with capital letters. We want that all our employees to be in the best of health and work under the highest safety conditions. Our ultimate target is "ZERO ACCIDENTS". There is a responsible attitude in each company of the Group. This has permitted our firm to win an award from the Chilean Safety Association ACHS in 1997. Safety for the Engel group is an OBSESSION.
