2. F.H. ENGEL S.A.
Devote itself to the import and sale of chemicals, raw materials, equipment, services, etc. to the Chilean industry and trade. The above are used in Mining, Petroleum, Confectionary, Construction, Detergent, Fishing, Food, Gas Distribution, Packaging, Paint, Paper, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, Plastic, Refrigeration, Rubber, Telecommunication, Textile and other Industries.

3. COMERCIAL
F.H. ENGEL S.A.
This firm, formed in 1982, imports and sells consumer products to Supermarkets, Liquor Stores, Wholesalers, Restaurants, Gasoline Stations, Department Stores, Drugstores, etc. Some of the internationally renowned brands handled are Grants Blended Scotch Whisky,

Glenfiddich Scotch Malt Whisky, Remy Martin Cognac, Tío Pepe Sherry, Löwenbräu Beer, Dole Pineapples, Ybarra Olive Oil, etc. It also markets its own brands (Otuna Tuna, Cavancha Canned Shell Fish, Santa Adela Fruit preserves, Belbi Canned Papayas, Three Crowns Hearts of Palm, Impeke Cleaning Products, etc.).

4. FRIGORIFICO LINIBEN-TOP FRIO S.A.
LUNIBEN TOP-FRIO provides services in storage and distribution of fresh and frozen products both in the Santiago area as well as throughout the entire country. This firm started operations in January 1998. It owns a cold storage instalation of 5500 sq mts.

5. F.H.ENGEL (PUNTA ARENAS) LTDA.
Is located in the southern port of Punta Arenas, close to Tierra del Fuego. Its principal operations are to supply chemicals and equipment to the Petroleum, Power Generation and Gas industries located in the southern tip of the South American continent. This area has Free Zone duty advantages. Additionally it sells, on behalf of other firms of the group, in this remote location.

6. F.H.ENGEL (IQUIQUE) LTDA.
This Company operates in the northern port of Iquique. Its principal function is to provide Gear, Equipment and other Products to the Fishing industry which is concentrated in this area. This port has also Free Zone duty advantages.

7. COMERCIAL INTERLAKEN S.A. AS
As Comercial F.H. Engel S.A. this company is in the sale of Consumer Products, which include Cadbury, Guylian and Anthon Berg Chocolates, McCormick Spices and Seasonings and Danish Cookies.

8.P.Q.M. PRODUCTOS QUIMICOS Y MINEROS LTDA.
Supplies Equipment and Chemicals, as well as Engineering Services to the mining industry.

9. TRANSPORTES DON MARTIN S.A.
Transportes Don Martín S.A. operates trucks and the necessary personnel for Frigorífico LUNIBEN - Top Frío S.A., F.H. Engel S.A., Comercial F.H. Engel S.A., P.Q.M. Ltda. And Comercial Interlaken S.A.

9. COMERCIAL PINARES LTDA.
Started operations in november 1999 focused to the commercialization of habana cigars as well as related products.

10. BODEGAS CONDE DE ACONCAGUA S.A.
Joint venture with the spanish Company Gonzalez Byass S.A. (Jerez Tío Pepe, Brandy Soberano, Beronia Vino de Rioja). same is devoted to the plantation and marketing of chilean wines for the local market as well as for export. This company started operations in september 2000.
